Sleep talking....?

Is there a way to stop sleep talking... because apperently I sleep talk/ argue in my sleep ?

nice! umm I don't think soo. one of my friends dose that too but she also walks and dose crazy things in her sleep Xd. bt I don't think there any way of stopping it

lol I walked out the front door and down the street it's really bad, fell asleep i my wardbrobe... and that only scrathing the surface...

dang girl! thats bad! haha I've walked down our death trap stairs and to my moms room all while sleeping but I've never walked out the door XD

I've been doing it since I was five and my mum said I'd grow out of it...... I'm 17 ad still waiting

Heres a suggestion, duck tape your mouth, and if you have problems with sleep walking, ducktape yourself to the bed! , i have walked up our wooden stairs talking aabout nachos once, ya... good times... good times.

Haha, never tried that one...but how with I breath, I breath through my mouthwhen I sleep

I should of thought of that... maybe you could... use a bark collar? If it could sense that...

Maybe... it all depends on how loud you talk in your sleep, if you mutter about nachos in your sleep like i do... then bark collar would not work... hmmm.... you could some some how tie a string to your lip and the string is attatched to a bell on the ceiling and when your lips moved, it would ring!

i'd probably eat the string, lol
