World of Warcraft: Silvermoon City?

How does an Alliance toon get into Silvermoon City in order to get the discovery? I know how to get "to" the city. I'm only asking how to get "into" it. When I try to go in the main gate, it is locked or barricaded so that a person can't pass thru.

sometimes if they do go in silvermoon city they will get killed if there lvl 1-49 but if there 50 and up then they can get in.because i have a nightelf and she's lvl 80 and i got in.but i think i like the horde the most.xd
