ADMIN I HAVE SOME QUESTIONS!

i was wondering how u can make a site like ures and rpg i want my to be called Horse Cavern...if there is a way u can make a horsecavern website for me and then make me admin...forever on it of course would u please do it i really badly want a website that people can play on!
